PCA provides educational and networking opportunities to improve coaching and business practices.
PCA values collaboration, inclusiveness, integrity, progressiveness, passion, and service.
Our members include business coaches, career coaches, executive coaches, financial advisors, leadership coaches, life coaches, marketing coaching, management coaches, online business, performance and public speaking coaches, work-life balance, and we also include authors, consultants, professional service providers, facilitators, mentors, motivational speakers, trainers, and presenters.
We are here to support you in developing and sustaining a thriving, successful coaching practice that inspires positive change for your clients.
California Coaches is an independent, nonprofit association for professional coaches in California. We help coaches thrive by providing a safe and fun space to connect, collaborate, and learn! We aren’t a credentialing organization, nor do we aspire to be.
California Coaches began because many coaches – even most coaches – are pretty isolated.
We’re here to help coaches thrive by providing a safe and fun space to connect, collaborate, and learn.
We understand that when coaches feel supported and connected, they can do their best work. This trickles down into what becomes a powerful and consequential legacy that spans demographic groups, geographies, and cultures.
We believe in the transformative power of coaching, and we’re here to support the people who do this work.
