PCA MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE AGREEMENT
I have read, understand, and agree to the PCA Bylaws and Code of Ethics.
I hereby purchase this one-time 12-month extension membership to the Professional Coaches Alliance.
I understand that this purchase extends my membership by 12-months from the date of my current membership.
I understand that when the 12-month extension expires that I need to manually renew my membership.
I understand that I may cancel my membership at any time by providing notice by email to [email protected] and that, upon such cancellation, no refund will be provided for the unused remaining portion of my subscription.
I understand that I am fully responsible for any content that I provide to PCA for the purpose of posting on the PCA Coach Finder Public Profile and MarketPlace Web Page and agree to indemnify PCA and hold PCA harmless for any claims or legal actions that may be brought against PCA regarding the content I have provided, for example but not limited to copyright or other privacy and intellectual property rights issues.
I understand that PCA is a membership organization and members are responsible for the success of the organization in PCA’s mission to provide benefit to the members. I am willing to support the organization to the best of my ability.
I give permission to PCA to contact me via email or phone regarding membership issues, such as, for example, upcoming elections or ways to serve the organization.
I agree and give permission to PCA to take pictures and videos of me at the monthly events and other PCA workshops and to post them on the PCA website or on social media.
A copy of this agreement, the PCA Bylaws, and the Code of Ethics are available for review at any time in the PCA Membership area of the website.
