WOW. . . Is it too late to jump on that digital money train you ask? Actually, there was never a better time to grab your golden ticket, because these numbers will keep going up and never go down. Companies/solopreneurs/memberships/groups/ large, and small are increasing their video marketing budgets. Not because it’s the "trendy" thing to do – it's because they are seeing more money on their bank statements, more clients, more virtual products sold, more name recognition, and the list goes on and on. HAVE I GOT YOUR ATTENTION? Let's keep going...

Why Video? And What Do You Want To Occur After They Watch Your Video?

Before I answer, Why Video? I want to take you back to the title of this conversation we are having, which is: Building Trust Thru Video. Now let's "walk this back" one more step, and look-up the proper meaning of the word Trust, just so we are all on the same page! Trust Means . . .

TRUST: Firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something (Merriam-Webster)

Those 13 words tell the simple story of: Why Video is King! And . . . why ads on YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok make millions for people on those social media platforms each year. People want to do business with people who are reliable, truthful, have expert ability and emanate the strength to follow through with what they promise! Just like Merriam-Webster tells it . . . The answer is in the BELIEF that you can be trusted, and when they see you on video, they can make that choice: "To trust or not to trust, that is the question."

It's not through hearing the spoken word, and it's not through a printed image, but it is through you, having a conversation with someone you can see,' and on Zoom with someone who can see you. . . How cool is that! Or as you kids would say . . ."That's Slap".(For all of you over 40's, Slap means awesome, amazing!)

The Long and the Short of it!
So. . . like it or not, it is now crystal-clear that in the first quarter of 2022; video — both live streaming and short-form (TikTok) — is at the forefront of all social media platforms, and it's time to pay attention, sharpen your video skills and join this billion-dollar virtual industry.

Before I leave you to ponder what I have just told you and start to take a dive down the "I'm not good enough!" rabbit hole, I want to leave you with this thought . . .

Today It’s much easier to create video. You can do it on your cell phone. This means that more individuals and small businesses have access to video. This fact puts more video on the web that consumers can watch.

Also with the growth of Podcasts, and Live Broadcast Videos, you can be the Superstar of your own show! No one knows or loves your business like you do, and no one can tell your story like you can. You don't need a big studio, just a computer (or a cell phone), an external mike, a mike stand and a voice even you love to hear. People today do not expect "Big Production Videos. They want good information, and they love to be entertained. This is a great time to let your hidden talents shine. Never Forget . . .

In today's marketplace TRUST is the foundation of conversions and sales. Building trust is the main goal of your videos. To build a long-term relationship with your clients is the #1 goal. Believe it!
