The Superhero’s Guide to Authentic Enrollment:
Leveraging Your Superpowers to Stand Out, Sell with Integrity and Win on Your Own Terms
Our coach training programs focused is on turning leaders into a coaches by equipping them with the skills and tools to support themselves and their clients... however many programs don't delve into the business structure and systems necessary to become a full-time coach. This workshop is designed to support coaches in growing a sustainable business in a way that doesn't feel artificial or exhausting. There's so much out there that says ”do this” or ”do that” to grow your practice, but we'll center the coach as the source of their business by asking, "how will we grow your business in a way that is authentic and aligned to you?".
In this experiential session, you'll discover how to leverage your unique superpowers to stand out in a crowded market, sell with integrity, and win on your own terms. Together, we’ll tap into your strengths, authentically communicate your value proposition, and how to source new clients to fill your coaching practice. You'll leave feeling empowered, inspired, and ready to take on the world – join us and become the superhero of your own success story!
In this session, you will learn to:
- Identify and leverage your unique superpowers to enhance your sales performance.
- Practice articulating and communicating your value proposition to build strong client relationships.
- Develop a personalized sales approach that aligns with your values and goals.
- Create an action plan to implement what you learn in the workshop and continue building your ideal coaching practice
C&L Roundtable: Apply What You Learn to Your Business
Join us on Wednesday at 11 am PT for the Connect & Learn Roundtable. Share with others your key takeaways and planned action steps for implementing what you learned from Monday's session. You learn best when you start applying what you've learned by taking concrete actions right away. We do this in a community setting, so that we can support each other on our journeys to successful, thriving coaching practices. The Roundtable will be facilitated by Tom Teague, PhD, President of PCA.
