She is a pioneer in transformational business storytelling and the author of the bestselling book Business Storytelling for Dummies, along with co-author Lori Silverman. Karen is a TEDx speaker and has contributed to nine books on business storytelling. She received her Masters and PhD in Folklore from the University of Pennsylvania.
